Nataliia Ovsiuk
Coach of personal effectiveness, goal achievement, and personal strategy. Founder of LUMINA SHOW.
Entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience.
My path
Behind me are over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, my own atelier, a creative workshop, moves, professional burnout, and the search for a new path.
In 2022 I moved to Poland. In 2023 I began my professional coaching path and trained at International University Coaching UP to ICF standards.
Coaching became my way to unite experience, work with thinking, personal effectiveness, and a deep respect for every person’s choices.
I do not give ready-made advice or decide how to live correctly. Through questions, observation, and work with thinking, a person finds their own answers, sees possibilities, and makes decisions they are ready to own.
Today I work with personal goals and strategies, run coaching sessions, neurographics practices, and create LUMINA SHOW.
My own path taught me: inner change becomes part of life when we confirm it with real actions.
What I believe
- I believe every person has a purpose.
- I believe a true goal adds energy.
- I believe a woman does not need to be perfect to be strong, visible, and worthy of more.
- I believe change begins with clarity and becomes reality through action.
I am. And I am enough.
